Returns

Time:

If you have ordered the incorrect shade, or you have changed your mind, you have 7 days (from date of receipt) to return the product for an exchange or full refund (exc. postage charges). 

To avoid disappointment, or ordering the incorrect shade, we recommend that you try our Keromask Sample Pots available in all our light, medium and dark shades.

Product Condition:

If you have ordered the incorrect shade, or you have changed your mind, products must be unopened/unused with all seals intact.

Method of Refund:

All refunds will be made to the same method of payment used.

Return Contact Info:

Before you return any items, please email mail@keromask.com detailing the reason for the return. Upon receipt, we will contact you re the best method to return the goods. 

Charges:

All postage charges for returned goods (except damaged product) are to be borne by the customer.
