Most orders are delivered within 2-4 working days (UK mainland), subject to any reasons outside of our control. Our aim is to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt, during times of peak demand dispatch may take a little longer. If for any reason we are unable to deliver the particular items we will contact you by email.
Delivery could take longer for the following postcodes: AB31, AB33 – 38, AB44, AB45, AB51-56, BT, GY, HS1-9, IM, IV1-56, JE, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3.
Please note that Next Day Delivery only applies when ordered before 2:00pm and on a working day Monday to Thursday, orders placed on a Friday (before 2pm) will be delivered on the following Monday. Next Day Delivery orders that are placed at a weekend, or after 2:00pm on a Friday, will be processed on Monday therefore be out for delivery on Tuesday. If it’s a Bank Holiday dispatch will be the next working day.
Royal Mail 24 (1-2 Business Days)
- £2.50 on all orders up to £45.00. Orders over £45.00 will be sent free of charge (excluding P&P charges).
- FREE on all orders over £45.00. If you require your order urgently we recommend using the Overnight Courier service.
- Whilst this is a 24 hour service Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery. If your item is urgent, we suggest you use the Overnight Courier service.
Overnight Courier Delivery
- £8.50 on all orders. Next day delivery, excluding weekends and holidays, signature required. Order before 2:00pm for next day delivery (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
Overnight Courier Delivery
- £10.00 on all orders to the following post codes – DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KY, ML, TD, AB1 to AB16, AB21 to AB25, AB30, AB39, PA1 to PA19 and PH1 to PH3
We do not offer the Overnight Courier service to the following post codes and areas – AB31 to AB38, AB40 to AB56, IV, KW, PA20 to PA78, PH4 to PH50, BT, HS, KA27, KA28, ZE, IM and the Channel Islands

If you have ordered the incorrect shade, or you have changed your mind, you have 7 days (from date of receipt) to return the product for an exchange or full refund (exc. postage charges).
If the product is faulty you may return within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund (exc. postage charges)
If you have ordered the incorrect shade, or you have changed your mind, products must be unopened/unused with all seals intact.
Method of Refund:
All refunds will be made to the same method of payment used.
